  • How Long Does It Take For A New Site To Show Up On Google Search Results

How long will it take for my site to show up on Google?

How long it be before searchers see your site in search engine results page -SERPs depends on several thing. First the site will need to be indexed by the search engine and there is no set timetable for this as far as Google actually indexing your site. Indexing can vary according to:

  • How popular the site is and if it has inbound links.
  • Whether content on your site is crawlable
  • The site structure - how the pages interlink

The indexing can happen between 4 days to 4 weeks or even longer. In the mean time it is a good idea to use social media, guest blogging, commenting, and e-mail marketing. The most popular content management systems will contain extremely clean codes, making them easy to crawl and at DubSEO we will make sure that yours is squeaky clean.

What can I do to help things along?

Make sure that you have actual content – content and text that the bots/spiders can see and can understand. If you are only using images, solely Flash, or loading your content up with JavaScript, you might encounter difficulties. Remember that bots like to “read” so you need to make sure that there is something there for them to read! We can make sure that the content and text on your site is something that bots will find un-put-downable!

At DubSEO we know exactly what is needed to get your site seen on Google and to get it up the rankings and keep it there too.
